Gage has been a pleasure to work with! He set up a program for my specific interests and goals (mainly strength with additional metabolic and mobility parts) and it has been incredibly effective. To Whom It May Concern, 


It is my pleasure to share my experience in personal training with Mr. Gage Ocker during the spring of 2019.  I found Mr. Ocker to be enthusiastic and motivating, and he maintained a positive attitude during all of the workout sessions.  Generally speaking, I do not really enjoy working out and had some misgivings about participating in this experience.  In the end, I am so happy that I did.  Mr. Ocker was engaging and friendly.  He was professional at all times, but he always made an effort to personalize the workout for me.  The time spent in the gym was actually pleasant. He paid attention to the goals that we had discussed prior to starting and was consistent in delivering workouts that pushed me towards those goals while making accommodations for me when needed.  He insisted on neck training, something I had not even heard of beyond what a football player might need.  He was adamant in this, though, and so I performed the exercises on a weekly basis.  After my programming had concluded, I was in a car accident in which I suffered whiplash.  To this day, I am absolutely convinced that, without the neck training and added strength in those muscles, my injuries and recovery time would have been far worse.  Overall, I would highly recommend training with Mr. Ocker.  He is fun to work with.  He creates efficient workouts designed to maximize benefits without having to spend hours in the gym.  The workouts were varied, so I never became bored with doing the same thing.  He was always conscientious about proper form and safety to avoid injury.  Despite my less than positive attitude towards working out, I found the entire experience to be a positive one.  I would recommend his training services to anyone.
